## Admiral Fleet — declaration: ownership, drivers, usage conditions

Vehicle ownership: all vehicles must be owned or leased in the company name
or a director's name throughout the policy. Vehicles registered to
employees or directors' family members cannot be covered. For sole
traders, all vehicles must be owned or leased in the sole trader's name.

Drivers: all drivers must hold a full UK/EU licence held for a minimum of
1 year, unless agreed in writing. No drivers with more than 6 minor
penalty points in the last 5 years, unless declared to and accepted by
Admiral in writing. No drivers who have had their licence revoked, been
banned, or had restrictions imposed in the last 5 years, unless agreed in
writing. No drivers convicted of a motoring offence coded AC, BA, CD, DD,
DG, DR, LC, MS, NE, TT, UT, or XX (or the NI equivalent) in the last 5
years, unless agreed in writing.

Usage exclusions: no courier/haulage/parcel/furniture delivery, no
removals, no self-drive hire, no carriage of passengers for hire and
reward, no business use for any business other than the policyholder's
declared business, no motor trade use including buying and selling
vehicles.

Referral trigger: any CCJs, cancelled policies, bankruptcy, insolvency, or
non-motoring convictions must be referred to Admiral and accepted in
writing before cover applies.
